Why AAC
Everything a wall should be, at a third of the weight
AAC Blocks are filled with millions of closed air cells. That one property makes them lighter, cooler, quieter and safer than conventional clay brick.
Lightweight
Around one-third the weight of clay brick, so less steel and concrete go into the structure
Thermal insulation
Millions of tiny air cells keep rooms cooler in summer and cut air-conditioning bills
Fire resistant
Non-combustible, with up to 4 hours of fire resistance for a 200 mm wall
Sound insulation
The porous structure dampens noise between rooms and from busy streets
Earthquake friendly
Lighter walls mean lower seismic forces on the building frame
Eco-friendly
Made with fly ash, an industrial by-product, and cured with steam rather than fired in kilns
Faster construction
One block covers the volume of about 12 bricks, with fewer joints and quicker laying
Pest & Termite Proof
An inorganic material that termites and pests can't feed on or damage
Why ElinaFarrm
A new plant, built around precision
We started ElinaFarrm to give builders consistent, honest AAC Blocks without the guesswork. Every block that leaves our yard is cut, cured and checked the same way.
Wire-cut accuracy
Tight dimensional tolerances mean thinner joints and less plaster on every wall
Tested, not assumed
Density and compressive strength logged for every batch
Modern production line
Fresh equipment and controlled autoclaving for uniform quality
Site support
Help with quantity estimates, laying practice and choosing the right thickness
Products
One standard face, eight thicknesses
Every block is 600 × 200 mm on its face. Choose the thickness by where the wall goes and how much insulation you need.

Applications
From a single home to a high-rise tower
AAC Blocks work wherever you would use brick: lighter, faster and more comfortable to live in
Homes & Villas
Cooler, quieter homes that go up faster
Apartments & High-Rises
Lower dead load across every floor
Commercial & Offices
Quick partitions and clean finishes
Industrial & Warehouses
Large walls, built quickly and economically
Schools & Hospitals
Fire safety and acoustic comfort
Boundary Walls
Long runs built quickly with less labour
How it's made
From fly ash to finished block
A controlled six-stage process gives every ElinaFarrm block the same density, strength and dimensions
- 01
Raw materials
Fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum and a small amount of aluminium powder
- 02
Mixing & Dosing
Ingredients are weighed precisely and mixed into a uniform slurry
- 03
Casting & Rising
In the moulds, aluminium reacts to create millions of air cells and the mix rises like bread
- 04
Wire cutting
The semi-hard cake is cut into blocks with steel wires for exact dimensions
- 05
Autoclaving
High-pressure steam curing (≈ 12 bar, 180 °C+) gives the blocks their final strength
- 06
Testing & Dispatch
Batches are tested for density and strength, then packed and dispatched
FAQ
Questions builders ask us
Can't find what you're looking for? We're a message away
AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) is a lightweight, precast masonry block made from fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum and aluminium powder. A chemical reaction fills it with tiny air cells, and high-pressure steam curing in an autoclave gives it its strength. It is used instead of red clay bricks for walls.
